We also love the openness and transparency of the facility (both literally and figuratively), meaning that when you bring your pet in, you can look around the open area and see all that is going on - washing and grooming of all the pets - no secrets.

  I have used GROOM! in the past maybe 3 times while I lived in Virginia. I came from San Diego for the holidays and figured why not take my dog... read more while we were in town. When I dropped him off it was very unwelcoming, I confirmed his groomer (Mirna) because in the past I choose a groomer and he was groomed by someone else.. Jennifer looked at me like I was crazy and I repeated myself and she stated "yes, we've already talked about that". I asked for a 20 min call ahead but instead received a call stating he was ready. I only ask because my dog is completely blind and didn't want to have him extra time in a stressful environment. Upon coming back home my dog kept shaking which prompted me to check him and he had the cuts that are attached to this post. Additionally, it's $100 for a bath and cut for a 16 pound dog. In San Diego they're $70-85. I will never be coming back. Happy holidays!
